Strata-Titled Unit Block

The first of many properties purchased through Investigate Property for this client. The intention was to buy a property under market value, with potential to add value and increase rents with an aim to hold long term. What better product to fit the brief than a whole non-strata-titled unit block? This property underwent a minor makeover including the creation of new courtyards and strata-titling to create individual titles. We even managed a valuation prior to settlement that was 12% higher than the purchase price.
